General Returns Information
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If within 30 days of receiving your product, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and want to set up a return, please email us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number. For customers ordering any of our bridal robe sets, we have extended the returns for 45 days or contact us if you need to make special arrangements to get approval. Once received, return all the original contents, within 7 days, in its original packaging to us in its original condition, with no tags removed (unused). You must also include a copy of the invoice or shipping document with your returns. Please note that any returns without a valid authorization number will be refused. If your order was shipped domestically in the US in the 48 contiguous states, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can apply to your package and mail back to us at the address listed below, if your item was under 1 pound (For items over a pound, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return). It’s that easy. If your order was shipped internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or AFO/FPO, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, you will be refunded in your original form of payment less any relevant shipping charges. For items that were defective or not as ordered you will receive a full refund. For orders where there were free shipping, the shipping cost that we incurred will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your credit.

Special Note on Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
