Local Pick-Up Option
You can order online and pick-up your items at our Frisco, TX location. Standard items (items not personalized) can generally be pick-up after 4 hours, if ordered before 2pm. Personalized & custom items are generally available for pick-up 2-3 days from order. You will receive an email/text once your order is ready for pick-up. If you live in the DFW area, local pick-up option will be provided as an option at checkout.
Local Delivery in DFW Metro Area
Currently local delivery is available only in the DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) Metro Area.
Standard Items.Standard items are items not personalized.
Items ordered with local delivery will be delivered by 10pm CST next day, Monday through Saturday. Example, items ordered Friday will be delivered by Saturday 10pm CST. See our current rates below.
Personalized/Custom Items.
Allow 2-3 days for production times. Once your items are designed and produced, it will be delivered by 10pm CST the next day. Example, a personalized tumbler was ordered on August 2nd, it is produced on August 4th, it will be delivered between the 4th to the 5th by 10pm CST. No deliveries on Sunday, except during Nov/Dec months. See our current rates below.
