GIVEAWAY PERIOD: This Giveaway started on October 20^th, 2020. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Visa Gift Card Giveaway at any time. When the Giveaway has ended the company will notify customers via its website and/or social media posts. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Visa Gift Card Giveaway is for current and prior customers that purchase a product from the Gifts Are Blue website (giftsareblue.com) or from Gifts Are Blue on any of the online marketplaces that the company currently sells on, or at an in person event (Pop Up Shop, Fair, Booth etc.). Entrant can only win one Visa Gift Card per product category purchase.  Entrant can submit additional Instagram posts on additional product categories. Entrant must have an email address to receive visa gift card.

HOW TO ENTER:

• Entrants must follow @giftsareblue on Instagram and create a post with an uploaded picture or video of them showcasing the item purchased.
• Entrant must tag @giftsareblue in the caption of the entry post and use #giftsareblue. In addition to including ONE of the following relevant categories (#giftsarebluerobes, #gabrobesslay, #gabforme, #gab4him, #gab4her, #gab4baby)
• Entrant must also private message @giftsareblue to indicate that they submitted post for Visa Giveaway
• Picture must be a quality image with product clearly identified. Gifts Are Blue reserves the right to determine quality of posts
• Any negative, offensive, obscene, defamatory, profane or otherwise inappropriate messages as determined by Gifts Are Blue will not be entered into the Giveaway
• Entrant’s post, picture and/or video cannot invade the privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity
• Entrant’s post, picture and/or video cannot contain/reference any persons or organizations without their prior express written permission

If you do not have an Instagram account, visit www.Instagram.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Instagram account.  Entrants must comply with the Instagram Terms of Service and Instagram Rules.

WINNING AMOUNT: The Gifts Are Blue Visa Gift Card Giveaway is a giveaway where everyone is a winner.  All eligible applicants will receive a Visa Gift Card in the amount of $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100.  Amount is in US currency. The amount won will be determine by representatives of Gifts Are Blue with consideration to product purchase and quality or photo/video.

The amount won will be sent to winner via direct message on Instagram from @giftsareblue account. Posts are generally reviewed and approved within 10 business days. Once DM (direct message) is sent, winner has 5 business days to get back to Gifts Are Blue with any necessary information to receive Visa Gift Card. If no response in that time, then user voids their winning gift card. 

All Visa Gifts Card will also have a date of expiration when it can no longer be used.  Sponsor will not issue replacements on any lost or expired Visa Gift Card.

GENERAL ENTRANT INFORMATION: Entrants who are not the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (in the case of Alabama, this means less than 19 years of age, in the case of Mississippi, this means less than 21 years of age, in the case of Nebraska, this means less than 19 years of age or upon marriage, and in the case of Puerto Rico, this means less than 21 years of age) must have a parent or guardian’s permission to participate and provide personal information.  Personal information will be used in accordance with Gifts Are Blue’s Privacy Policy. Gifts Are Blue may utilize each entrant’s personal information to receive future e-mail or text messages.  Entries will be deemed as made by the authorized Instagram account holder at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the Instagram account.  All Entries become the property of Gifts Are Blue. Gifts Are Blue may, in its sole discretion, elect to use, in whole or in part, any submission materials submitted into this Giveaway for its own future advertising and/or promotional activities, without notice or compensation.  Entrant submitting such materials forfeits any further copyright or similar rights or claims to same.  Submission materials may include, but not limited to, photos, testimonials/words and videos.  Each entrant warrants to the Sponsor that their submission materials do not contravene or infringe on anyone else’s copyright or other intellectual property.

LAW: Unless prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas in the United States. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state of Texas and agree that the Texas courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and hereby waive the jurisdiction of any other court that now or in the future could be considered competent for any reason. The venue shall only be within the county of Collin in Frisco, Texas.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
